I'm a writer of short stories. It's a genre I love and have been working on for some time. Stories provide the reader with truth and pleasure about characters in unique situations. Born in New York City, raised on Long Island, I earned a B.S. in Elementary Education, and an M.S. in Special Education.

I've worked for 30 years as a special education teacher. Having recently relocated to Savannah, GA, I've found fresh inspiration from the people and places surrounding me. My interests are diverse and include: political discourse, noir literature & films, cooking, yoga, and walking along the Savannah Riverfront.

My work has appeared in: Sanskrit, Forge, Wild Violet, Diverse Voices Quarterly, Tower Journal, Gemini Magazine, The Book Smuggler's Den, Coffin Bell, and The Word's Faire. At present, I'm working on a noir novel titled, "Good Skin."
